The bill (Reg. No. 6711) harmonizes
the national legislation on technical regulations with the European Union laws
and requirements of the World Trade Organization.
The bill amends clause 32 of the Law "On Standards, Technical Regulations and Conformity Assessment Procedures", excluding the provision that obliged the producer to register the conformity declarations in the executive authority body. The bill also amends the Laws "On Conformity Validation" and "On Consumer Rights Protection."
The People´s Deputies support the bill, as its implementation will improve the working conditions of the economic entities manufacturing or importing goods.
